We don't want to burden you with inspections every minute, but we have set dates when you can expect us. Once the property is handed over, we will see you within the first 4 months and always after a year. So we will see you twice in the first year and once a year thereafter unless you need something.
Our technical team will contact you before the viewing and offer you several dates to choose from. If you already know in advance that there is something you could use help with in your apartment, you can tell the technician and they will arrive at the inspection with a solution already. This will save you an extra visit.
It doesn't take long to view the property. The technician will just look at the condition of the home and take a few photos, which won't be as detailed as when you hand over. Our main concern is whether you are using the apartment as we agreed and whether you are taking care of it.

During the inspection of the apartment, you can discuss with the technician everything you need help with and he will advise you how to solve the matter and how we can help you. For example, together you may find that some damage can be reported to your insurance company, so don't be afraid to point out dents in the kitchen worktop or floor, for example.
A link to the photos taken will be sent to you by e-mail upon handover, as well as a summary of any agreements regarding repairs, etc.
We know from experience that if everything goes according to plan, the technician will not keep you longer than 30 minutes.
